In business since 1992, we are no longer a new company. We are, however, still learning how best to satisfy our customers' needs. To this end we will work with you to provide you not only with what you see as your need but also with what we see as a quality product or service.

Company Profile

In the years before the Controls Division was established, Mercer Construction Company increasingly received unsatisfactory control panels from its suppliers.  Every control panel needed modifications to produce an acceptable standard of quality.  Likewise, many other patrons of these vendors were also dissatisfied with the quality of the products they were receiving.  In July of 1992, Mercer Construction Company formed the MERCER CONTROLS DIVISION in an effort to establish a standard of quality for motor control panels for water and wastewater systems in southeast Texas.

For any new product line to be successful, it must fulfill a market need appropriate to the market served.  We believe that control panels for the municipal market must be designed with a standard of QUALITY throughout, because only a quality product can fulfill the need by the public for DEPENDABILITY.
