Typical PM Inspection Process

Tailored Preventive Maintenance Inspection Program.

We now offer our customers the benefit of a preventive maintenance program. The best way to eliminate costly repairs is to prevent the equipment from failing in the first place. Budgeting for repair and maintenance is very difficult. You are trying to predict what will break down and when. We will review the condition of your equipment and give you a detailed report of our findings, with our recommendations. Everyone involved in planning for the year can have a better understanding of what repairs need to be budgeted. There is no maintenance program that will insure your machinery will not fail without warning, but the procedures we have created combine our expertise and the use of instrumentation to help identify failures that need immediate repair, as well as accurately flag potential problems.
